If the voting folks had read THIS post I made back in October, they wouldn't have been surprised with THESE results.
See all the money and time they could have saved? But then, I AM just another crazy person with a blog, right?
Surviving mild insanity in a slightly sane manner. Preppin' for the worst, hoping for the best.

Funny how it takes all these big, controlled media groups and government committees to find out after years of study what the aferage, common folks could have told the right up front.
Makes ya a little sick!
That's just wrong. Soldiers, diplomats, and spies abroad need to be able to vote just as much as the folks back at home. As I mentioned before, I'd be the last person to give them any extra say, but I wouldn't be any quicker to take away their say either.
If you make it harder for them to vote, you make it easier for bad politicians to send their opponents away in a bid for (more) power. (The long history of gerrymandering, or even the removal of franchise from convicted felons, shows quite clearly that such a move is not beneath the political profession).
